You must make sure the product code in your product list of the till system is 4 digits and use this product code when entering plu in to the XSscale, In other words the product code must match the plu code so that when scale prints a barcode and is scanned on the system, the system understand the product by its product code. When entering the barcode on the sx scale (02 1001 vpppppc) the 1001 must be entered on the till as the same product.
