Installation of all software

All of our new systems come pre imaged from the supplier or prepared at wembley office. In case of a new installation, use your usb to re image sp-630, ed-850, ed-910, ed-12, stA10 and Aures Sango.

If you need to install on a PC or customers epos hardware then:
1. You must make sure system is windows based, has enough space, has minimmum 2gb ram and check if its 32 or 63 bit

2. You must install all the prerequisits:
a. dotnet1.0
b. dotnet1.1
c. Crystal Reports
d. admin software
e. till software
f. SQL Server 2008 R2 32/64 bit.
-- you may need to install dot net 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0


3. See SQL Installation for the next step, once this is done make sure till and admin files are the latest. Next open emperium txt files and make sure connection to database is achieved, Test printer and cash drawer and any other peripherals.

4. Please Call or email relevant staff to obtain a licence key.

5. If more than 1 till is involved, then you must make sure systems are connected to network, see networking section.

6. Create short cut to till and admin software, create shortcut of remote support software and the manual.

7. If head office is involved you must copy the GMSB folder in to program files/Enovation folder and change the text file, where you can get details from relevent staff members. GMSB folder can be obtained from the ftp site.
